About the Role

Pidgin is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive sales growth among community banks and credit unions in your assigned region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned objectives
  • Prospect and contact potential clients to determine their needs and interest in Pidgin's products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and meet customer expectations
  • Negotiate and close deals that meet customer needs and Pidgin's goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in software sales or banking/finance industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients
  • Strong decision-making skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
