Office & HR Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office & HR Manager to join our team at Clutch Creative. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a productive and thriving work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a positive and efficient work environment through effective office operations and vendor management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage visitor flow, answering phones and responding to inquiries.
  • Support the HR department with administrative tasks, including onboarding, filing, and data entry.
  • Streamline travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
  • Anticipate and address office-related challenges proactively.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in office management or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Stellar communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adept at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines effectively.
