We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Specialist to join our team at Saxon Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing, supporting, and deploying network infrastructures, as well as a proven ability to diagnose server or network alerts, events, or issues.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in monitoring complex environments using industry standard monitoring tools, and will be able to escalate major incidents to the Incident Management team, on-call resources or management. Additionally, they will be able to participate in major incident bridge calls to provide real-time data for monitored systems, and document activities performed in associated tickets.

The Network Operations Specialist will be responsible for manually monitoring processes/systems not covered by automated monitoring tools, remotely accessing systems to perform initial resolution attempts, and communicating with on-call personnel to communicate new events depending on priority.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience managing, supporting, and deploying network infrastructures
  • Strong ability to diagnose server or network alerts, events, or issues
  • Understanding of common information architecture frameworks
  • Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in monitoring complex environments using industry standard monitoring tools
