Schwarz Partners, LP is currently in search of a Project Manager to enhance our operational efficiency.

In this capacity, you will work closely with various departments including production, sales, and design, as well as with fellow Project Managers, to ensure effective project delivery and to surpass our clients' expectations. You will offer technical guidance, troubleshoot challenges, and facilitate smooth project execution by engaging with the project management team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to outline and develop comprehensive project scopes that align with client needs and company goals.
  • Establish detailed project budgets and cost allocations, ensuring they correspond with the project scope and fulfill customer requirements.
  • Continuously monitor project activities to ensure progress and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Communicate, coordinate, and implement project modifications as necessary to guarantee smooth transitions and ongoing alignment with project objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between project team members and management, promoting clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Provide technical advice, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution by consulting with project team members.
  • Stay updated on Project Management technologies for successful project development and oversight.
  • Inform management of any unusual project challenges and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
  • Oversee all suppliers, subcontractors, and their personnel as appropriate.
  • Review status reports from various teams and adjust schedules or plans as necessary.
  • Facilitate internal and external approvals.
  • Work closely with Design/Sales to develop cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 to 5 years of prior experience in project management.
  • High School / GED Diploma.

PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • A college degree from an accredited institution is preferred but not mandatory.
  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience in the corrugated industry.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in various project management software.
  • Knowledge of Amtech, Foresight, Savant & Acumatica.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • 3+ years of experience in the corrugated industry.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to read and understand ESKO ARTIOS CAD.
  • Knowledge of cutting dies, print plates, lithography, special coatings, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
