  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to guarantee successful project execution.
  • Track project advancement, recognize potential risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success.
  • Deliver regular updates to upper management and stakeholders regarding program progress, risks, and challenges.
  • Conduct program meetings, including status briefings, steering committee discussions, and problem-solving sessions.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and standards throughout the program's lifecycle.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the program to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with a minimum of 3 years in a program management capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing extensive IT programs that encompass multiple projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all organizational levels.
  • Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work onsite and reside within an hour's driving distance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or an MBA.
  • PMP, PgMP, or other pertinent certifications.
  • Experience with IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
