About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our AWS CX Digital Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and UX, to identify and prioritize marketing opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our marketing efforts.
About the Team

Our team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. We believe that world-class support is critical to customer success, and we partner with a global list of customers building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting.
