At Macpower Digital Assets Edge, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Asana to join our Global Digital Marketing team. As an individual contributor, you'll report to the Senior Digital Marketing Operations Manager and be responsible for budget planning and reconciliation, contract and PO processes, campaign localization, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Process and communicate changes to the quarterly digital media plan of record, partner with procurement and legal on media vendor contracts and purchase orders, and work with finance on forecasting, actuals, and approving invoices.
- Project Management: Collaborate with agency and regional marketing managers on campaign translation across 6 languages, partner with media team and agency to project manage digital campaign launches, and manage the intake process for digital media requests.
- 3+ years' experience in digital marketing and/or project management.
- Experience documenting complex processes across multiple teams.
- Experience working with complex budgets and partnering with finance teams.
- Experience working with media agencies and creative teams.
- Experience with media buying, direct media operations, and execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel.
