Job Title: Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

Actalent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our research operations team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of clinical trials at our site-level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with current and potential clinical trial participants to determine eligibility and consent for study participation.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) that adhere to FDA and OHRP regulations.
  • Contribute to the training of clinical trial staff and ensure compliance with operational requirements.
  • Manage participant visit scheduling and technical troubleshooting.
  • Solicit and record information regarding safety events and prepare safety event documentation for review.
  • Provide accurate and timely data collection, documentation, entry, and reporting in Sponsor and Walgreens databases.
  • Support regulatory staff in maintaining regulatory documents in accordance with SOPs and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience coordinating clinical research trials.
  • Phlebotomy proficiency.
  • Knowledge of regulatory affairs and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent patient/customer service skills.
