Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our team of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in delivering exceptional patient care. As a Clinical Director, you'll be responsible for providing operational and patient care leadership, while supporting the company's overall business strategy. You'll work closely with our senior leadership and management team to achieve our vision, mission, and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary leadership for APPs in assigned geography
  • Develop and maintain good working knowledge and expertise of all key clinical areas to support high-quality patient care
  • Provide input for operational and clinical improvements
  • Analyze data, determine trends, and formulate action plans to address areas of need
  • Execute key program goals and focus on KPIs for their geography
  • Help train and ensure all market assigned colleagues are aware of and comply with company, government, and patient policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Recruit, hire, orient, provide mentorship, and evaluate new staff positions to meet WellBe and patient needs
Requirements
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license with completed certification in areas of Family, Adult, or Adult/Gero
  • Master's Degree or higher
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of direct people leadership/management experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of NP or related nursing work experience
  • Previous experience in home care, hospice, palliative care, or geriatrics strongly preferred
