Job Overview

At Corporate Propio Language Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to lead our Corporate Tax function. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and international tax laws, rules, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a sustainable, repeatable process for organizing and completing tax filings
  • Coordinate with external tax providers to ensure timely and accurate filing of returns, forms, and schedules
  • Conduct nexus studies for sales and use, personal property, franchise, and entity-level income taxes
  • Integrate acquired companies into a centrally consolidated tax filing and organization process
  • Collaborate with tax teams of private equity investors to ensure timely and accurate communication
  • Verify and validate estimated tax distributions
  • Provide insights and analysis on optimal organizational structures and operations to ensure tax compliance and minimization
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in a business tax function, with a mix of public firm and private experience
  • Experience leading or performing nexus studies for sales and use, personal property, franchise, or entity-level income taxes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience integrating acquired entities and consolidating operations
  • Experience working with external tax providers for international operations
