Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

At I.F.M. USA Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the East Region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales engineers to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the East Region.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales engineers to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the industrial automation market.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time within the region and nationally.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
