Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Coordinator to join our team at Forrest Solutions. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving company success by performing clerical and administrative functions.

This full-time position offers an estimated salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Mainly responsible for admin and sales support (office generalist) duties. We require someone who can think critically and come up with innovative solutions when faced with unexpected challenges.

  • Maintain proficiency in MAC and computer skills
  • Repairing page breaks
  • Repairing or setting up formulas in Excel
  • Optimizing existing documents through Adobe to make them fillable and sign-able
  • Differentiate between the web version and app versions of tools, i.e., Outlook vs. MS 365

Mandatory Tools Experience:

  • Outlook
  • Excel
  • Adobe DC
  • SharePoint

Nice to Have:

  • Airtable or other project management tool experience
  • TripleSeat
Requirements

Previous experience in office administration or related fields

Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
