Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled administrative coordinator to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling internal/external meetings and calls while proactively resolving conflicts
  • Coordinate extensive meetings with efficiency and detail, ensuring seamless execution
  • Serve as a gatekeeper to executives, proactively managing schedules for optimal use of time
  • Liaise with other administrative assistants to schedule collaborative meetings
  • Provide backup support to other assistants when needed, ensuring continuity of tasks
Requirements:
  • 5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in financial services
  • Proven ability to take initiative, determine priorities, and exercise strong judgment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, as well as WebEx or other video conferencing tools
  • Experience with Concur or similar for travel and expense management
