Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Department Manager to join our team in Boston and Lexington, MA. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the electrical staff, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the electrical staff, including project engineers, design engineers, and designers
- Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team
- Perform electrical QA/QC project reviews
- Develop and implement electrical group training plans
- Recruit and hire new staff members
- Participate in senior leadership meetings and contribute to the development of company strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited school
- PE license
- 15+ years of experience in MEP electrical engineering
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
