Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Department Manager to join our team in Boston and Lexington, MA. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the electrical staff, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the electrical staff, including project engineers, design engineers, and designers
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team
  • Perform electrical QA/QC project reviews
  • Develop and implement electrical group training plans
  • Recruit and hire new staff members
  • Participate in senior leadership meetings and contribute to the development of company strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited school
  • PE license
  • 15+ years of experience in MEP electrical engineering
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
