Substation Design Engineer

They are a multidisciplinary organization with a focus on Power Delivery, O&G, Industrial & Large Infrastructure, and are seeking additional support in their Utility Power division, specifically in the Substation group.
Our client's Energy & Process division is committed to addressing the evolving infrastructure requirements of clients in the generation, storage, transmission, and distribution of secure and dependable electric power. As a technical lead in substation design engineering, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with cutting-edge energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design electrical systems for distribution, sub-transmission, and transmission voltage classes
- Create protective relays and physical design elements
- Manage project scheduling, meetings, and resource planning
- Engage with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Ensure quality assurance and quality control for projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in substation design engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Micro Station software
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control of substation design projects
- Professional Engineering (PE) License
