Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our Water business team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will contribute to the design and engineering of projects, applying your knowledge of electrical systems and concepts to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Design and engineer electrical systems for projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Develop and manage project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule.
- Lead project coordination meetings and participate in client project requirement meetings.
- Prepare and revise documentation, including plans, diagrams, and details.
- Collaborate with internal team members and external consultants to deliver projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and industry standards.
- Ability to check the work of others for accuracy and completeness.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Stantec offers a competitive salary range of $84,900 - $123,100, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, a wellness program, health saving accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase program, life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short-term/long-term disability plans, emergency travel benefits, tuition reimbursement, professional membership fee coverage, and paid family leave.
Regular full-time and part-time employees will receive ten paid holidays in each calendar year and are eligible to accrue vacation between 10 and 20 days per year. Temporary/casual employees have access to 401(k) plans, employee stock purchase program, and paid leave, in accordance with state and local law.
