We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven sales professional with at least 18 months of successful experience in the MEP sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive market share growth within assigned categories and channels, implementing strategic initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop tailored programs and sales strategies for key dealers in your territory, focusing on promoting and consolidating Freud's key product categories.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, order placement, and presentation development to foster a collaborative approach to expanding market presence.
  • Establish a sustainable territory to meet the goals and metrics set by management.
  • Engage in overnight travel approximately 4-5 days per month to meet with customers and develop the territory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills with corporate staff, sales teams, and customers.
  • Fundamental knowledge of power tools and accessories.
  • Field experience is essential, or possess 8 years of relevant strategies and processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.).
