Sales Engineer

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at TÜV SÜD America. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for growing and developing sales in various industrial and consumer service areas, including product testing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Regional Manager to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in product testing services.
- Build relationships with customers by serving as the technical liaison and providing expert advice on product testing solutions.
- Conduct customer discovery discussions to understand business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Provide professional after-sales follow-up and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in strategic and tactical account planning with Account Executives and management.
- Stay up-to-date with changes to and developments of relevant test standards, test methods, and policies for existing and evolving technologies.
- Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales and data in CRM.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of product testing in relevant disciplines, including electrical safety, EMC, certification process, and wireless testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Enthusiasm and passion for product testing and sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in regulatory compliance test, inspection, and certification services.
- Global market access experience.
