CNO Financial Group's IT Division is seeking a Partner Relations Performance Manager to manage the daily interactions with CNO IT's key partners, following the 'Build One Team' philosophy. This role will supervise significant partner initiatives such as transitions or transformations and will act as the primary escalation point for any partner-related issues or concerns. The Partner Relations Performance Manager will work closely with IT leadership to execute strategies, establish standards for contracting partners, and foster long-term partnerships. A crucial aspect of this role is to enhance team morale and increase productivity for more effective task and project execution, ultimately improving user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and oversee large-scale programs with partners to enhance performance and engagement. Measure, track, and assess partner performance; analyze ongoing partner metrics to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Supervise and monitor significant partner transition or transformation projects. Provide daily leadership and resolution for partner issues and escalations. Establish standards and governance to optimize the performance and engagement of secondary partners. Monitor and assess partner resource capacity and utilization. Maintain relationships and communication with all partners to facilitate updates, policy changes, and other communications. Develop and uphold standard contracting partners, roles, rates, etc. Track and manage budgetary considerations, including actual and forecasted partner financials. Collaborate with the Sourcing & Vendor Management Office (SVMO) to oversee partner performance and address issues. Manage the pipeline of potential partner SOWs and change orders. Monitor and track key risk mitigation strategies. Foster a collaborative 'One Team' culture with all partners.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in partner management, particularly with large offshore service providers. In-depth understanding of large program management principles and practices. Strong capability in executing and leading IT transformation initiatives in complex environments, with the ability to manage budgets effectively. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach, with a talent for building effective relationships.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline. Over 10 years of experience in IT and technology; prior experience in similar roles within a comparably sized organization, including at least 3 years in IT partner management. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written; proven ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels. Availability to work during Central or Eastern time zone business hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Experience in both corporate and partner environments, demonstrating the ability to navigate diverse business landscapes. Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

All associates may be required to travel to various corporate offices periodically. Work cannot be performed from outside the United States.

Pay Range: $136,000 - $204,800.00 Annual
