Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Collecting essential customer information to assess eligibility through phone or email interactions.
- Utilizing a CRM system daily to manage fundraising drives and sales collaborations.
- Responding to inquiries about fundraising initiatives and partnerships.
- Coordinating follow-up schedules with clients.
- Inputting data into the CRM and updating customer accounts during interactions.
- Conducting outbound calls to potential leads to promote fundraising opportunities and partnerships.
- Creating new leads and accounts within the CRM.
- Making outbound calls to estate sales, partners, and businesses to solicit items for collection.
- Addressing new marketing leads related to fundraising initiatives.
- Collaborating with management to ensure all processes are executed effectively.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to support ongoing partnerships and drive opportunities.
- Exhibiting a positive, energetic, and professional demeanor towards clients at all times.
- Resolving issues related to fundraising drives in collaboration with field coordinators and management.
- Possessing in-depth knowledge of the fundraising program to address key questions from current and prospective clients.
- Setting up multiple fundraising drives weekly after the training period.
- Making a minimum of 100 outbound contacts weekly.
- Establishing 1-3 new partnerships or business relationships weekly.
- Maintaining familiarity with the program through regular team meetings.
- Potential travel to relevant conferences and events throughout the year.
- Updating the calendar with important events and sales-related activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and high personal integrity.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, preferably in a phone-based environment.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Persistent and results-driven.
- Comfortable working at a computer and handling calls during scheduled shifts.
- Excellent phone and computer skills.
- Strong listening and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and documentation skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or sales within a call center environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
