Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and execute significant cross-functional initiatives and intricate technical projects, initially focusing on security and cost optimization, ensuring high visibility among senior engineering and product leadership.
  • Establish, define, and evaluate critical metrics for platform teams, fostering a data-driven approach to decision-making. Take ownership of these metrics, monitor variances, suggest corrective measures, and drive improvements.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of project or program management experience, particularly in managing complex technical projects with a strong emphasis on cloud-based solutions or infrastructure management.
  • Proficient in utilizing project management and tracking tools such as Jira, Aha, Trello, or Asana to enhance team organization and progress reporting.
  • A strong inclination towards metrics-driven management, with experience in identifying effective program metrics to assess success and address challenges.
  • Ability to unify diverse, fast-paced teams and tackle ambiguous challenges with confidence, facilitating decision-making processes with senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active engagement with cloud technologies and market trends.
  • Experience in product or engineering operations.
  • Prior involvement with data center management, security, or financial operations teams.
  • Technical certifications in AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, security, or other cloud-native technologies.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.

Important Note: This role is distinct from a Scrum Master position and reports directly to the Director of Program Management. It is primarily an office-based role with flexible work-from-home options available.
