Megatel Homes is a rapidly expanding homebuilder in the DFW metroplex, seeking a dedicated and experienced sales professional to join our team.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Sell new single-family homes in assigned communities, meeting or exceeding set sales quotas.
  • Learn and master company-specific sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts, and policies.
  • Establish partnerships with local real estate agents and brokerages through marketing efforts and regular office visits.
  • Attend real estate networking functions and host real estate events to build relationships and promote company products.
  • Develop expertise on company product lines, subdivisions, and community facilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting prospective customers and touring them through model homes.
  • Maintain model home sites, adhering to company standards for presentation and marketing materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating a strong work ethic and customer-driven approach.
