ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide clients in selecting the appropriate utilities for their new home or apartment.
  • Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and intelligence in all customer interactions via phone, text, and email.
  • Manage and convert warm leads provided to you by making multiple outbound calls, texts, and emails daily.
  • Document customer interactions, purchases, and other necessary details in our technology platform.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving both personal and team activity and production objectives.
