We are currently in search of a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. This position entails managing client inquiries, processing policy modifications, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role offers a base salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000, along with opportunities for commissions and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Follow up on warm leads provided by the agency.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
  • Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • License Requirements: Must have an active Property and Casualty License and 1-2 years of previous insurance experience to be considered.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with fundamental computer software and applications.
  • Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
