Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Associated Banc-Corp. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and that our branch operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Teller Supervision: Direct and supervise a team of tellers, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch, including cash handling, customer transactions, and branch maintenance.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop tellers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and bank policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, with a focus on supervision and leadership.
