We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join our team at Divisions Maintenance Group. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate accounts in a designated district, ensuring continued business growth and penetration of key accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Work closely with Regional Managers and National Account Management Teams to establish and maintain corporate accounts in a district.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular visits to corporate customers in support of maintenance contracts, performing site inspections and property audits to identify opportunities for additional business.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providers, and technicians in an assigned district.
- Provider Management: Source, vet, and manage provider and technician base, ensuring quality delivery of services.
- Escalation Management: Respond promptly to customer escalations and requests, demonstrating a sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Performance Metrics: Manage time to accomplish set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including scheduled visits and incremental revenue expectations.
- Market Intelligence: Provide key market information and contribute to DMG's long and short-term strategies.
- RFP Initiatives: Own RFP initiatives, negotiating with providers to secure target financial goals.
- Expense Management: Manage district and travel expenses within or below budget.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience and/or a High School Diploma or GED.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Technology Experience: Familiarity with smart applications, such as an iPad or iPhone, and preferred experience with CRM software.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license, with a reliable vehicle.
- Work Style: Proactive, entrepreneurial work style, with the ability to work independently and think strategically.
- Personality: Enthusiastic, dynamic, and positive personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to meet position demands, including significant on-site activity, extensive outdoor activity, and extended hours during peak workloads or special projects.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $70K-$83K.
- Benefits Package: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, dollar-for-dollar 401K match up to 4% of salary, paid primary and secondary caregiver leave, employee assistance program, and paid time off to volunteer.
