Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team at Varco Pruden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
* Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve performance
* Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
* Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
