The SPA RECEPTIONIST is vital in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service during their visits to the spa and fitness center.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Address guest inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Understand and adhere to all departmental protocols
  • Efficiently manage routine responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, maintaining the facility, and processing transactions
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding spa offerings and amenities
  • Assist in promoting and supporting special events as required

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory. A minimum of one year of experience in a reception or retail environment is essential, with a preference for candidates with spa reception experience. Basic math skills and professional telephone etiquette are expected.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to learn quickly with a focus on safety
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently
  • Dependable and trustworthy

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position requires standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift.
