Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow assigned installed accounts to drive predictable outcomes
  • Create a large pipeline of business in white-space accounts, primarily within a geographical territory
  • Work with cross-functional teams to formulate account strategies and bring opportunities to closure on a quarterly basis
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven track record as an account executive selling Enterprise Software holding yearly quota of at least $1M
  • Ability to work remote from Midwest region of USA, ideally Greater Chicagoland area
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements, ~25% of time
  • Positive attitude and aptitude
  • Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with large enterprise senior line-of-business and IT executives
  • Experience managing your business on a monthly basis vs. quarterly / yearly
  • An organized, detailed and metrics driven approach to drive the sales cycle from appointment to close
  • A passion for winning together in collaboration with the broader team with high customer focus
  • Ability to anticipate potential objections and craft solutions leveraging best practice by getting in front of potential resistance
  • Experience selling into industrial manufacturing customers a plus
