Job Title: Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee our distribution operations, including sales, customer service, distribution, warehouse, and delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and align branch operations with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), ensuring financial metrics, budgets, and operational costs are met.
  • Lead with a general manager mindset, driving business growth and operational excellence through entrepreneurial leadership.
  • Make key decisions on employment, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, complaints, and conflict resolutions.
  • Direct daily distribution operations, delegate tasks, and manage team accountability to ensure optimal performance of the branch operations.
  • Plan and prioritize work, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with safety standards.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer-centric solutions and service excellence.
  • Utilize ERP systems and data to drive efficiency in business development, decision-making, and process improvements.
  • Analyze complex information to solve problems effectively, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate across the organization, building partnerships to meet shared objectives and foster a cohesive operational approach.
  • Develop and lead effective teams, applying diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.
  • Communicate effectively and complex information to employees, management, and clients, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
  • Drive direct engagement and situational adaptability, motivating the team to excel and adapting strategies to meet changing demands.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field, or equivalent supervisory experience.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory position with proven experience managing a team of 10 or more employees.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations management.
  • Knowledge of warehouse system D365-Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish are preferred but not required.
  • Experience managing sales distribution operations and logistics.
  • Previous experience managing a 100,000-200,000 sq. foot warehouse operations.
