Client Service Manager Home Care

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to a segment of our branch team. Your primary focus will be on business development initiatives and managing all functions necessary to ensure operational, service, and business goals are aligned with company and division business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for a segment of the branch team.
- Develop and implement business initiatives to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage the overall operations of a segment of the branch team, including quality and depth of the caregiving pool, client and referral source satisfaction, and adherence to company policy and procedure.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of assigned team staff, including recruiting, hiring, assessment, staffing/scheduling, risk management, timekeeping, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure on-call oversight and support for clients and field staff needs.
- Identify and source cross-referral opportunities within the branch.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 60 hours of college credit or two years of branch or department supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based agency required.
- One or more years of business development experience preferred.
- Home care or staffing experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
