We are a fast-growing law firm dedicated to providing top-notch services to Homeowners Associations (HOAs). Our mission is to make the work of HOAs as easy as possible, and we're looking for an experienced Office Assistant/File Clerk to help us achieve this goal.
**Job Summary**
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic office environment and is eager to learn new skills. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including mail processing, document management, and communication with clients and debtors.
**Responsibilities**
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and documents
- Review, save, and forward voicemail messages
- Communicate with debtors regarding delinquencies
- Scan/save documents to electronic files
- Open new accounts and update electronic records
- Greet guests/visitors and provide exceptional customer service
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
- Previous office experience, preferably in a law office or collections capacity
**Compensation and Benefits**
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)
