Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial analysis capacity, ideally within the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, variance analysis, and manufacturing accounting.
  • Proficient in utilizing advanced Excel functions for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • Demonstrated ability to produce accurate monthly financial reports.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the capability to interpret large volumes of data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, committed to delivering high-quality results.
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
