Job Title: Director of Analytics and Growth

At Vanguard, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Analytics and Growth to lead our Retail Investor Data & Analytics functions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving growth, engagement, and retention through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 50+ data scientists, analysts, engineers, and product owners to deliver high-impact analytics and growth initiatives.
  • Partner with Heads of Sales & Marketing to develop long-term objectives and drive business growth.
  • Develop and manage a suite of AI/ML solutions to enable hyper-personalization and next-best-action models.
  • Oversee experimentation programs to optimize growth investments and drive business accountability.
  • Deliver high-impact insights and reporting to drive business strategy and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Experience in marketing sciences, including attribution, experimentation, and personalization.
  • Proven track record of leading teams of technical analytics/engineering individuals.
  • Strong partnership skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Undergraduate degree in STEM domains or postgraduate experience/qualifications in applied math/computer sciences.
