Job Title: NLP Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled NLP Analyst to enhance our conversational AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NLP and chatbot development, with expertise in technologies such as SmartAssist and IVR.

Key Responsibilities:
  • NLP and Conversational AI: Utilize advanced NLP techniques to transform natural language data into actionable features, and optimize conversational AI solutions using SmartAssist and IVR technologies.
  • Chatbot Development and Optimization: Create and refine conversational flows to meet business requirements, and analyze chat history to optimize intents and drive continual content refinement.
  • Collaboration and Process Improvement: Collaborate with developers, product teams, and engineering teams to maximize conversions and ensure a great user experience, and define and implement efficient processes for chatbot training and content development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SmartAssist, IVR technologies, and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Strong background in conversational AI platforms and NLP techniques.
  • Experience with Generative AI concepts and their application in chatbot solutions.
