Treasury Analyst

ECOVYST CATALYST TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to manage and analyze the financial activities of our business.

• Manage daily domestic corporate cash management
• Review daily domestic prior day activity and perform general ledger posting
• Monitor the Company's daily cash and ensure adequate liquidity
• Make domestic borrowing recommendations as needed
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of wire and ACH payments
• Perform monthly account analysis of bank fees for accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Perform Treasury monthly close processes, including preparation of cash reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with SOX and Company policies
• Play a key role in maintaining the Kyriba Treasury workstation, including maintaining the domestic cash forecast and analyzing weekly forecast versus actual variances
• Serve as a system administrator for all bank accounts
• Maintain bank account administrative documentation and database for FBAR reporting
• Assist with the administration of the Concur travel and expense reporting system and the purchasing card program
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

• 2 to 3 years of treasury or corporate finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• Experience with Kyriba Treasury Workstation preferred
• Experience in dealing with external banks
• Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines
• Proficient in SAP and Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
