About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative II to join our team at Conduent. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' customers, resolving escalated issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring that all customer cases are followed through to closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive compliance to Webchat handling procedures, monitoring CSR chat handling activity through the use of Monitoring Systems.
  • Handle escalated chats in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer cases are followed through to closure.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure that the matter is resolved within the agreed time frame.
  • Provide feedback to management on service provided by frontline agents for quality improvements.
  • Perform data entry for customer accounts.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Must be able to submit to a background check and drug test.
  • Must be able to work an 8 hour shift between 7 am- 7 pm (last call) Mon- Fri.
  • Have excellent product and process knowledge, with 6 months of consistent excellent quality assurance scores.
  • Have excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone and computer skills.
  • Patience when handling difficult situations.
