- Manage a complex schedule that adapts to new developments, patient growth, and onboarding of new providers.

Education and Experience:
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or related field, with experience in clinical operations or care delivery.
- Prior experience in a healthcare organization is essential.
- Experience in customer service and quality roles is advantageous.
- Experience in senior living environments is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
Skills and Abilities:
- Familiarity with Assisted Living and Memory Care communities is beneficial.
- Ability to work autonomously with exceptional time management and organizational skills.
