Strategic Client Relations Lead

We're seeking a talented Strategic Client Relations Lead to join our team at NewAge Industries. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing and enhancing our relationships with key global clients to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key global clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth, aligning with company objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—sales, marketing, product development, and customer support—to ensure a cohesive approach to client needs and expectations.
- Market Insights: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for account growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on account performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and proactively addressing any issues.
- Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring timely resolution of any issues that arise.
This is a senior-level role with a highly competitive salary, estimated to be around $180,000-$250,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
