Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in key global markets.
• Account Management: Manage and enhance partnerships with key global clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—sales, marketing, product development, and customer support—to ensure a cohesive approach to client needs and expectations.
• Market Insights: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for account growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
• Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Performance Metrics: Track and report on account performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and proactively addressing any issues.
• Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring timely resolution of any issues that arise.
