Holland Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a dynamic healthcare provider seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our care team as a Day Shift RN Supervisor. As a key member of our management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring seamless operations on our day shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer treatments and document resident care
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine residents' needs
  • Determine nursing diagnoses based on health assessment data
  • Counsel patients' families on meeting nursing-related needs
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Nursing

Requirements:

  • Active Certification as an RN in the state of PA
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience required
