Executive Chef

The Senior Culinary Lead is responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients.
- Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
