Purpose of the Role:
The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer recognition and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide comprehensive service and support.
- Accurately operate computerized checkout systems.
- Assist in identifying and requesting materials from the warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store environment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager or Assistant Manager.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members.
