Position Summary:

The Licensed Clinical Manager will deliver clinical guidance and leadership to both staff and program participants. This role involves assisting in the development, execution, and assessment of programmatic systems. Collaboration with the Program Director is essential to create innovative strategies that align with best practices and address the needs of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Oversee and evaluate staff performance, including the approval of Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to program policies and implement continuous quality improvement practices.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage program budgets and coordinate treatment services for participants.
  • Direct Clinical Support: Maintain a client caseload as required, integrating input from various stakeholders into comprehensive treatment plans, conducting screenings, and providing clinical supervision for staff pursuing licensure.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of a Clinical Mental Health license (LPC, LCSW, LISW) as mandated by state regulations.
  • A minimum of five years of experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, or homelessness, with at least three years in a managerial capacity overseeing a diverse clinical team.

Working Environment:

This role is primarily office-based, requiring physical activity such as standing, walking, and lifting.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly.
  • Capability to stand, walk, use hands, climb, communicate, and see effectively.
