The Event Ticketing Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the ticketing operations for events. This position is highly interactive, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders including ticketing personnel, management, artists, and venue guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate ticket order processing through various channels including online platforms and phone inquiries.
  • Engage effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless communication.
  • Generate and oversee accurate reporting, including daily ticket sales and inventory management.
  • Monitor and coordinate communication among all relevant parties to guarantee precise ticket counts and event preparations.
  • Assist in financial reporting related to ticket sales and event reconciliations.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Box Office Manager or other supervisory staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in customer service, telephone communication, and cash management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in event management applications.
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, web applications, and point-of-sale technologies.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Education and Experience

Previous experience with ticketing systems is advantageous.
