Role Overview: In this position, you will operate under general supervision, providing advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to intricate inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and sales teams regarding CRM products. Your work will require a high level of independence and the ability to identify and implement effective business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize independent judgment to plan, organize, and execute tasks while monitoring performance and reporting progress to management.
- Serve as a senior clinical liaison between the medical community and the organization.
- Establish and maintain credible business relationships with clients, sharing product expertise as needed.
- Identify customer needs and product performance insights to influence sales growth and account service.
- Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for complex field inquiries on an as-needed basis.
- Lead training sessions and programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
- Offer insights and feedback to management regarding market trends and future product developments.
- Assist with CRM implant case coverage and provide backup support to sales representatives in various capacities.
- Mentor and guide less experienced Clinical Specialists, fostering their professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
- Ability to achieve certification on SJMSC CRM products.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience with a solid understanding of cardiology and cardiac procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems and familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in personal computer applications, including Microsoft Office, for developing presentation materials.
