Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Intro. As a key member of our sales and customer success team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
- Communication: Conduct a high volume of calls and Zoom meetings each week to engage with clients and drive business outcomes.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Autonomous Execution: Develop and implement strategies independently to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the support, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and achieve company goals.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team to help inform product development and improvements.
- Adaptability: Quickly adjust to changing priorities and market conditions, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
- Problem-solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues, providing innovative solutions to challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and willingness to build processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- High degree of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
