ECFX, a dynamic growth stage business, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the regional market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the legal and professional services marketplace, with a proven track record of success in B2B software sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, prioritize, and close new account opportunities to consistently attain sales quota and annual sales growth.
- Build and deliver an accurate account pipeline, effectively managing the sales pipeline to ensure an adequate number of leads and deals are in the pipeline for short- and long-term success.
- Maintain proficiencies in all ECFX products to deliver effective and convincing demonstrations, and schedule and perform successful demonstrations for targeted accounts.
- Develop and implement territory and account plans in accordance with business objectives, and develop sales strategies and key relationships with accounts.
- Work with marketing to develop target strategies and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the legal and/or professional services marketplace, its business culture, processes, value drivers, and business operations.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 5+ years of successful B2B software sales experience, preferably in legal or professional services.
- Experience selling to large law firms is a plus.
- Strong ability to demonstrate software offerings in person and on Zoom, develop innovative value propositions to maximize sales revenue, and negotiate and close under time and objective pressure.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
- Flexible hours and health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
