University Records Assistant Opportunity

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a University Records Assistant. This role will involve maintaining and updating student and faculty records in our university database, processing transcripts, enrollments, and graduation requirements, and handling confidential academic information with discretion.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update student and faculty records in the university database
  • Assist in the processing of transcripts, enrollments, and graduation requirements
  • Handle confidential academic information with discretion
  • Support the registration office during peak enrollment periods
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and compliance of records

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a higher education or university setting
  • Proficient in database management and MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality
