Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Solutions Consultant to contribute to our Pacific Northwest Business Unit. This role requires a strong background in environmental consulting, particularly in site assessment and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical analyses of complex site contamination issues and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Develop and evaluate remedial action plans, considering client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical reports that effectively communicate findings and support litigation matters.
- Assess risks associated with emerging contaminants and their impacts on various sites.
- Support the management and reporting of environmental liabilities.
- Provide advisory support to clients in industry, government, and legal sectors to achieve sustainable outcomes.
- Review and interpret environmental regulations critically.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Demonstrate leadership in health and safety practices.
- Facilitate training and development for team members.
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
- Over 8 years of experience in environmental consulting, particularly in site investigation and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience working with state agencies to achieve site closure.
- Strong technical writing skills and experience in preparing reports.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
